Adam is the son of Bob Will and the third generation of the Will family to join the agency. Adam graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. He worked for several years in that field, but ultimately decided the best role for him was in the family business!
In his spare time, Adam enjoys sports, being outdoors, and attending Reds or FC Cincy games!
